Hark Planners is owned and operated in Australia. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

2. Orders & Payment
By placing an order through our website, you are agreeing to purchase a product on and subject to the terms set out here. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We accept payment via Shopify Payments, credit/debit cards, and other secure checkout methods provided at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business day. Orders are shipped via Australia Post, with Standard and Express Post options available at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges
As a small business, we may not be able to accept change-of-mind returns. Please contact us at hello@harkco.com.au if there is an issue with your order and we’ll do our best to help.
